I’m Antje, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Coach. I focus on helping my clients regain their energy and resilience by resolving their digestive issues and hormonal imbalances, helping them manage their weight or providing a foundation for healing an underlying auto-immune disorder.
I was a successful investment banker. It was an exciting, yet demanding job and involved long hours and extensive travel. I was “running” a family on the side and never stopped. It was my ambition to be a top performer at my job and at the same time I wanted to nurture my family and manage a household. By the time my eldest child was 10, I was burnt out. I could not concentrate on my work, suffered from extreme anxiety, restful sleep had become a luxury and my digestive system was completely out of sorts. I realised that I did not need to deplete my resources, had I known what I know today.
Since then, I have worked with many men and women aged 40 and above who had developed, brain fog, fatigue, digestive issues, weight gain, hormonal imbalances, or autoimmune disorders. As a result of my work, my clients develop a deep understanding of what food can do for them. This allows them to build resilience and feel in charge of their bodies and their lives again.
Additionally, I work with corporate organisations to develop wellness programmes, seminars and workshops to help prevent burnt out of their work force, much like what happened to me when I worked in a corporate environment many years ago.
